Following a private equity acquisition, our client—a well-established discount marketplace serving emergency services, healthcare, and other essential sectors—sought to accelerate growth by transforming several core digital products. These products were used by a significant user base and were central to the client’s revenue strategy.
Our Approach
We delivered targeted, growth-focused digital product support to modernise the client’s legacy architecture and improve the platform’s user experience. Our aim was to identify and capitalise on untapped revenue potential and thereby strengthen the organisation’s digital offering.
We introduced agile delivery frameworks across multiple product squads. We expanded the use of data-driven decision-making and customer insights to refine and prioritise the most impactful product features.
We led cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to improve user journeys on the organisation’s website and app. We focused on reducing the time to redeem vouchers and boosting commission revenue through streamlined processes.
